Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Jackaroo Clash (the “App”) and hookreplay.dev, provided by Ahmed Mandour (“we”). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.

Your account

• You may play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. Guest progress is tied to your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App without linking an account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device and sign-in methods secure.
• Usernames can be changed once a month and must not impersonate others or be offensive.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from.

Fair play & conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation or modified clients, or interfere with matches;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use offensive, hateful or illegal names or content;
• reverse engineer, attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to the App or our servers;
• use the App for gambling, betting or any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

No gambling

The App is a game of skill and chance for entertainment only. It offers no real-money prizes, and in-game items or scores have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Purchases

The App is currently free. If in-app purchases are offered in the future, they will be processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Virtual items are a limited licence with no cash value, except where refunds are required by law or by the store's policy.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. Jackaro is a traditional game; our implementation and materials are protected. Third-party assets are used under their licences.

Availability & changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, or the App, at any time. The service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

App stores

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. The same applies to Google for Google Play, to the extent its terms require.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, whose competent courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
