Who we are
Jackaroo Clash (the “App”) and hookreplay.dev are operated by Ahmed Mandour, an individual developer based in the State of Kuwait (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described below. Contact: hello@hookreplay.dev.
Summary
- We collect only what is needed to run the game: an account identifier, your in-game name and avatar, friends and game results.
- No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, and we never sell your data.
- You can delete your account and all its data at any time, directly in the App.
Data we collect

Settings such as language, sound and vibration are stored only on your device. We do not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone or advertising identifier.
Legal bases
- Performing our agreement with you (providing the game you asked for).
- Our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure, preventing cheating and abuse, and improving stability.
- Your consent where required (for example when you choose to sign in with Google or Apple). You can withdraw it by deleting your account.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
- Other players: your username, avatar, game actions and leaderboard scores are visible to players you play with or who view leaderboards.
- Service providers acting on our behalf: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (game servers, Jeddah region, Saudi Arabia), Cloudflare (DNS and this website), and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging with Apple Push Notification service (delivering notifications; they receive your push token and the notification text).
- Sign-in providers: Google and Apple, only when you choose to use them, under their own privacy policies.
- Authorities, when required by applicable law.
International transfers
Our game servers are located in Saudi Arabia, and our providers may process data in other countries. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
Retention
- Account and game data are kept while your account exists.
- When you delete your account it is removed immediately from our live database; encrypted backups that contain it are overwritten within 14 days.
- Technical logs are kept for a short period, normally no longer than 30 days.
Your rights & account deletion
You can access, correct (rename in Settings) and delete your data. To delete your account, open Settings → Delete account in the App. This permanently deletes your account, name, avatars, friends and scores. If you no longer have access to the App, email hello@hookreplay.dev from the address linked to your account (or include your username) and we will delete it within 30 days. See Delete your account. You can also contact us with any other privacy request or complaint.
Security
All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted with TLS, and the App verifies our server's certificate. Servers are hardened and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact hello@hookreplay.dev and we will delete it.
Purchases
The App currently has no ads and no paid purchases. If in-app purchases are added, payments will be processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, let you know in the App.
