At HookReplay, we strive to provide a high-quality webhook debugging service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
2. Free Trial
HookReplay offers a free tier and 3 free replay credits for all new users. We encourage you to fully explore these features before subscribing to a paid plan. This allows you to evaluate the service without any financial commitment.
3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly Pro subscriptions:
- First 7 Days: If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This applies only to first-time subscribers.
- After 7 Days: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions after the 7-day period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: We do not provide refunds for automatic renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual Pro subscriptions (if offered):
- First 14 Days: You may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial annual purchase.
- After 14 Days: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, prorated for unused months, minus a processing fee.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant transaction IDs or receipts
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after the refund eligibility period
- Automatic renewal charges (you must cancel before renewal)
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial months of service after cancellation
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time.
Refund: A refund request, if approved, will terminate your access to Pro features immediately upon processing.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
8. Service Outages
In the event of significant service outages affecting your use of HookReplay:
- We may offer prorated credits for extended downtime
- Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle
- Determination of credit eligibility is at our sole discretion
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
Refund requests will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of the original purchase.
